ISO 9001 Quality Management System

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS).  We have used the standard to further demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Attaining ISO 9001 certification is no easy feat.  Having this certification puts us in the ranks of other companies from around the world that follow the same quality standard.

The goal of this company is to satisfy you the customer and keep you happy.  ISO 9001 plays an important role in achieving this, by ensuring every decision we make is you the customer and your satisfaction with us top of mind.

ISO 9001 means we have procedures that aim to improve products and services; it also aims to promote the professional development of our staff and the company culture.

ISO 45001 Occupational health and safety management system

ISO 45001 is an international standard that specifies requirements for an occupation health and safety (OH&S0 management system).  It provides a framework for organisations to manage risks and improve OH&S performance.

The standard establishes the criteria for an OH&S policy, objectives, planning, implementation, operation, auditing and review.  Key elements include leadership commitment, worker participation, hazard identification and risk assessment, legal and regulatory compliance, emergency planning, incident investigation and continual improvement.

As a result of the implementation of ISO 45001 at Sydney Safety Training you can be confident in our ability to maintain a safe work environment.
